Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 7g7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the website located at https://7g7.club and all associated products, services, features, and content offered thereon.

By accessing the 7g7 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any other feature of the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understood their content.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms unconditionally and without reservation.
• You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 7g7 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active.

Jurisdictional Eligibility

Single Account Policy

Each individual user may hold only one registered account on 7g7 at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on 7g7, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh. KYC Verification

• A valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport showing your full name and date of birth.

Password & Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7g7 support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

Deposits & Withdrawals

7g7 supports a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh to facilitate fast, secure, and convenient deposits and withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform:

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your 7g7 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 7g7 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• 7g7 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before crediting funds to your account.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make your most recent deposit, as a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays.
• Funds originating from active bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20x before a withdrawal request can be processed against them.

Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

Betting & Gaming Rules

7g7 offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and other gaming products. Each product category is subject to its own specific rules which are made available within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all products.

Sports Betting

All bets placed on 7g7's sportsbook are final once confirmed. 7g7 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a match or event has been manipulated, or where a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms. Cricket betting markets — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are available pre-match and in-play, subject to market availability and suspension during key moments of live play.

Casino & Slot Games

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 7g7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on 7g7.
• Identity fraud: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen identity documents for KYC verification.
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports betting markets.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have knowledge of, or involvement in, efforts to fix or manipulate the outcome.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or to place bets at a rate or volume beyond that achievable by a human player.
• Money laundering: Using 7g7 as a mechanism to launder the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for deposits made to your 7g7 account.
• Abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language at 7g7 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

7g7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete or pass the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months or more.
• A request from law enforcement, a regulatory body, or a payment provider.
• At the user's own request, including a self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 7g7 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, 7g7 offers voluntary self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent self-exclusion. Limitation of Liability

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 7g7 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity on the platform, whether or not those losses arose from a technical error.
• Interruptions to the platform's availability caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, telecommunications outages, or circumstances beyond 7g7's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7g7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms
